SEGRO is letting 8,650 square meters of commercial space to five companies in Cologne
SEGRO has let 8,650 square meters of commercial space to five companies in its SEGRO CityPark Cologne in the Ehrenfeld district of the Bickendorf district. Of this, 800 square meters are allocated to Ferchau GmbH, which is now settling in the area.
The existing tenants EmTransit GmbH – known under the e-scooter operator brand Dott – and easyfulfillment have expanded their rental space by 2,300 square meters and 1,000 square meters respectively. The company MEDIAFIX GmbH, which specializes in the digitization of analogue media, also leased 3,150 square meters on a long-term basis. The majority of the 150 employees will work at the new location in Cologne. In addition, 1,400 square meters were rented to an online retailer, who was brokered the space by CBRE.

The SEGRO CityPark Cologne is located on Vitalisstraße in the Bickendorf district of Cologne on the former AkzoNobel factory site. The “technology park” station covers around 43,000 square meters.
