The TVM Group is an international holding that has been operating throughout Europe since 2010. It currently employs over 800 people in its companies, including in Poland, Italy and Germany. Its fleet consists of over 100 trucks and 230 delivery vehicles. TVM focuses on comprehensive transport, logistics and forwarding services. The group of countries it serves include, among others Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, Hungary and Italy. In SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy 1, the TVM Group will gain a large warehouse space with a load capacity allowing for the logistics of vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons. The leased space will also include an office and social base of appropriate size, corresponding to the client's needs.

- We provide 600,000 warehouse operations annually, and our services are based on fast, flexible delivery up to 24 hours, hence the key aspect in the process of selecting a new warehouse facility was its location. The SEGRO park in Tychy is distinguished by an extremely convenient location, close to both the TVM headquarters in Studzienice and the national road No. 1. An important factor was also the availability of nine loading ramps and a gate from the zero level, which will significantly improve the reloading operations for our employees. - says Adam Biłka, Vice President of the Management Board of TVM and adds: SEGRO is a prospective partner for us, which gives us the opportunity to expand as part of the group's development and the planned increase in employment. This is particularly important, because only this year our fleet will be expanded by several dozen new trucks and delivery vans.

- We are pleased to cooperate with the TVM group and we believe that the decision to lease the logistics space in SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy 1 will contribute to its further development. The great advantage of our park is its location in the Katowice Economic Zone, Tychy Subzone, and therefore the vicinity of many leading companies in the automotive industry. A large number of ramps per square meter of warehouse space makes the SEGRO facility ideally suited to the business profile of our new client. We hope that these and other advantages of the SEGRO park in Tychy will improve the logistics operations carried out by the TVM group in Poland and Europe - comments Joanna Janiszewska, Regional Director of SEGRO.

SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy 1 stands out on the market with its excellent location in the Special Economic Zone, offering investors the opportunity to take advantage of tax advantages. Thanks to its location in the vicinity of the most important communication routes, the modern SEGRO warehouse park also guarantees easy access to the extensive network of roads and highways. The proximity to the national road No. 44 (Gliwice-Kraków) provides access to the S1 expressway and the European route E75 (Toruń-Łódź-Tychy). The total area of the park is 55 700 m2.
