In the SEGRO logistics park in Nadarzyn, LS Logistics covers an area of over 12,500 m². The company started with servicing the automotive industry, which remains a key sector of its activity to this day. Currently, among the company's 90 clients there are also companies from other industries, including RES (photovoltaics, heat pumps), household appliances or FMCG. From the warehouse facility in Nadarzyn, LS Logistics distributes its customers' goods to eastern markets, mainly to Russia and Belarus, as well as in Poland and most European countries.

- Our strength is that we adapt to the individual needs of our clients on an ongoing basis. Therefore, it is very important to us both the high standard of warehouses and the flexibility of the offer in the SEGRO logistics park, as well as a convenient location - the property is located close to the communication junction connecting the A2 motorway and expressways S2, S7, S8 - says Rafał Górski, President of the Management Board of LS Logistics.

The offer includes storage (key customers store 3,000 to 7,000 pallets in the warehouse), cross-docking services (combining shipments from different places to one customer). LS also offers VAS services, which include, among others, welding, foiling, labeling, creating sets, advertising stands, etc. The offer is complemented by forwarding services that provide customers with both supply and distribution in the field of LTL, FTL groupage services and sea freight. Thanks to this comprehensive offer and the use of modern technologies, tools and procedures, LS Logistics participates in complex logistics projects, acting as an integrator in them.

- The extension of the contract with LS Logistics is a reason for our satisfaction and a proof that our offer is well suited to the needs of demanding customers. It is also a confirmation that SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn deservedly received the Eurobuild Awards awarded by customers in the Best Warehouse of the Year category in 2017 and constantly maintains a high standard - says Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.

SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is distinguished by a perfect location in the south of Warsaw, 5 km from the administrative borders of the capital. Key to its location is the immediate vicinity of DK8 (Białystok-Wrocław / Katowice) and the Paszków junction (connection of the S2 / S7 / S8 ring roads around Warsaw with the A2 motorway), as well as the distance of 4 km from DK 7 (Gdańsk-Kraków). The park received the "Best Warehouse of the Year" award in the Eurobuild Awards 2017 competition, in the Tenants Award category, which was awarded by the most objective jury - the customers themselves.
