SEGRO Logistics Center Drancy (93): SEGRO delivers a 14,256 m2 urban logistics platform on behalf of Alliance Healthcare to ensure its pharmaceutical product distribution activities
After acquiring and deconstructing the old building located on 2.5 hectares of land in Drancy (93), SEGRO announces the delivery of a 14,256 m2 logistics platform on behalf of Alliance Healthcare, a leader in pharmaceutical distribution. and distribution of health products and services, member of the Amerisourcebergen group.

With a total surface area of 14,256 m2, including 1,135 m2 of offices, the logistics platform is dedicated to the distribution of health products and services to supply pharmacies in the Ile-de-France region of the Alliance Healthcare network. The entire site is temperature controlled to ensure the integrity of drugs and other pharmaceutical products.

Entrusted to Salini Immobilier, the construction of the building started in August 2020, according to the best standards and advances in the field, obtaining the BREEAM “Very Good” certification, from design to construction. As part of SEGRO's CSR strategy called "Responsible SEGRO", the construction site benefited from the reuse and recovery of 90% of the materials from the old site, thus enabling the future platform to part of a circular economy dynamic.
