Last August, SEGRO signed the acquisition of the SEGRO Logistics Center Gonesse II through the purchase of a property lease.
Located in the heart of the ZAC des Tulipes in Gonesse (95), the site benefits from a privileged location for urban distribution thanks to exceptional accessibility: close to the A3 and A1 motorways, it allows fast and efficient service for deliveries. in Paris and throughout the Ile-de-France.
On a total area of 10,846 m2, the complex includes in particular 1,200 m2 of offices and 300 m3 of showroom.
Occupied by a world leader group specializing in bedding, the building is a real asset in the context of the strategic deployment of SEGRO France in urban logistics. This new class A building built in 2018 will benefit from environmental initiatives promoting biodiversity in particular.
SEGRO France is thus pursuing its growth objectives and confirming its leading position across the entire supply chain, with a portfolio of prime assets of 1.5 million m2, made up of distribution centers and logistics platforms for more than '1,150,000 m2 of which 40% dedicated to urban logistics, and business parks for approximately 400,000 m2.
