It is a medium-sized and globally active logistics and fulfillment service provider with headquarters in Schwaig near Munich Airport, which specializes in fashion and lifestyle products. The areas are part of the second construction phase, which is now fully let.

An expansion of the area by 51,500 square meters is expected for 2021. The building permit for the area has already been granted. The logistics park will then have a total rental area of around 120,000 square meters.

“The rental underlines the dynamic demand for logistics space in Oberhausen and confirms us once again in the ongoing expansion of our logistics park. Because Oberhausen is becoming more and more important as a logistics hub,” explains Philipp Oevermann, Interim Director Logistics at SEGRO.

The SEGRO Logistics Park Oberhausen is in the immediate vicinity of the Oberhausen motorway junction (A2/A3) and thus offers future tenants optimal transport connections. In addition, the park has the option of connecting to the Port of Duisburg, Europe's largest inland port. In addition, the SEGRO Logistics Park Oberhausen will benefit from the currently built bypass road with the project name "Logportstraße", which leads directly past the site from Weinsteinstraße. After completion in 2021, this will also relieve the local traffic infrastructure in Oberhausen.
