SEGRO - a leading developer, manager and owner of modern warehouse space, once again actively supports the charity campaign.

On December 11-12, donors will be able to deliver parcels for selected families to a 1,500 m2 warehouse located in the SEGRO logistics park in Warsaw. Volunteers will be waiting on site to deliver gifts to those in need.

- We would like to thank SEGRO for making the space available in Warsaw and supporting the action. In some parts of Poland, it is sometimes more difficult to find local donors. That is why we create replacement warehouses, such as the one in Warsaw, where donors deliver parcels that they have made for families from neighboring provinces. This year, the Noble Package is needed more than ever. The pandemic and the related crisis have affected many families who, thanks to the help of another human being, have a chance to get back on their feet - admits Aleksandra Tylenda, Logistics Coordinator from the WIOSNA Association, which organizes the Szlachetna Paczka program.

This is not the first time that SEGRO has decided to make its space available for a good cause. In April, the company provided free space for the needs of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. At that time, the Foundation stored personal protective equipment and elements of medical equipment for Polish hospitals in the SEGRO warehouse in Ożarów.

- SEGRO has been involved in charity activities for many years. This time we are proud that we can support the unique initiative which is Szlachetna Paczka. Just like last year, our employees decided to actively join the campaign and prepare a Christmas gift for one of the families. Providing help is one of the pillars of our company. Therefore, we are pleased to participate in social and charity campaigns, at the same time encouraging other companies in the industry to do so - comments Magdalena Szulc, SEGRO's Director for Central Europe.

This year, SEGRO employees will help a family from the Masovian Voivodeship, which, despite the difficult life situation, has not lost faith in a better tomorrow. Their key needs are therapeutic equipment, cleaning supplies, food, school supplies, clothing and footwear. These products will soon be delivered to the charges of Szlachetna Paczka.

Szlachetna Paczka has been operating for almost twenty years and is one of the most recognizable social projects in Poland. The aim of the action is responsible help, consisting in supporting the families that have been hurt by fate. People who fight for a better future every day. Every year, in the run-up to Christmas, thousands of families in need receive packages with practical gifts from donors.

SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Okęcie is located at Działkowa Street. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport. F. Chopin in Warsaw and is located near the intersection of expressways S2 and S8.
