Silverbogen rents 3,000 square meters in the SEGRO Logistics Center Krefeld II

The tenant is a Swiss online wholesaler for spirits that has been expanding its business in Germany via the drinks.de website since 2019. Around 40 employees are to work at the new location in Krefeld.

In total, SEGRO has almost 250,000 square meters of fully let space in Krefeld.

The SEGRO Logistics Center Krefeld II is connected to the BAB 44 via the Krefeld-Fichtenhain junction and offers very good transport connections. With various bus and tram lines, the connection to local public transport is also guaranteed.
