SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki grows with its customers
Colquimica Adhesives, a global producer of industrial adhesives, has extended the lease agreement for 7,300 m2 of warehouse space located in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki.
The company also decided to rent additional space in the newly built warehouse facility, thus increasing its activity in the park to over 11,000 m2.
Colquimica Adhesives has been present in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki for seven years. Due to the dynamic development and increasing production capacity, the company decided not only to extend the presence in the previously rented warehouse property, but also to rent 3,800 m2 of space located in a new building, which was created thanks to the acquisition of new land by SEGRO and the expansion of the Poznań logistics park. . In the facilities dedicated to Colquimica Adhesives, individualized technical solutions were applied in accordance with the specificity of the client's industry. One of them is to design the warehouse section with regard to higher fire resistance standards - 20,000 MJ / m2.
- The decision to extend the lease agreement for warehouse and production space in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki and to expand the activity in the new building was dictated by excellent relations with the developer and his quick response to our needs resulting from the dynamic development. Colquimica Adhesives is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of hot-melt adhesives in the European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets and recently on the American market. Every year 65,000 tons of high-quality adhesives are produced in four factories (in Portugal, Poland and the United States), delivered to 50 countries around the world.
