Privacy and cookies

This is another company that has recently decided to extend the lease agreement with SEGRO, the leading owner, manager and developer of modern warehouse and production space.

Investy's cooperation with SEGRO has been successfully going on for many years. The company, as one of the first in Poland, decided to establish its warehouse base in Stryków near Łódź. As a result of the dynamic development of the company, it gradually increased the leased area to 29,900 m2. Currently, the main distribution center of the company is located in Segro Logistics Park Stryków.

- Many years of cooperation with SEGRO contributed to the dynamic development of our company. Thanks to the flexible approach of the developer and property manager, we managed to secure the possibility of stable growth of our company in Poland and in the region. It was also influenced by the convenient location of SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków, located at the junction of two highways, with access to excellent road infrastructure - emphasizes Maciej Suska, Director of Metal Centrum Investa.

Investa has been operating on the Polish market since 1989. Within thirty years, the company has achieved the position of a leading representative of the steel industry, offering a wide range of services and products, including over 4,000 assortment items. In addition to the company's main distribution center, which is located in Stryków, the company also has its headquarters in Pruszcz Gdański and 6 service centers throughout the country. The company employs nearly 600 people.

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków currently has over 300 thousand. m2, and ultimately even 400 thousand. m2 of modern production and warehouse space. The park is located in close proximity to the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways, and is an excellent distribution hub for the entire Central and Eastern Europe. All newly built facilities in the park are covered by the BREEAM ecological certification. Thanks to the developer's effective cooperation with the Łódź Special Economic Zone, SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków enables its clients to operate on preferential terms.
