- The decision to rent a much larger warehouse property in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, was dictated by excellent relations with the developer as well as flexibility and quick response to our needs. From our point of view, the location of the facility was also of key importance, allowing us to grow further. The process of choosing the optimal location for us and preparing a long-term lease strategy was another one that was advised by JLL experts - emphasizes Rafał Szcześniewski, COO & Founder Omnipack.
- The client wanted a location with quick access to the capital and high-quality space that meets the requirements related to e-commerce services. SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn turned out to be the optimal choice, and the fact that the company has decided to expand in another SEGRO park shows that we are a trustworthy partner and the quality of our warehouse space and logistics park services are at the highest level - emphasizes Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.
- The new unit in Nadarzyn will be the largest Omnipack warehouse and one of the two that the company will open this year. Therefore, it is a great example of a company that is developing extremely quickly on the logistics services market in Poland. We are all the more pleased that the JLL team can be part of this project and support the company in choosing the optimal real estate base - the processes supported by Omnipack require very good quality warehouse space, and the investment itself must be perfectly planned and located. We wish our client continued success, which, looking at the energy that the entire Omnipack team puts into their work, is only a matter of time - comments Norbert Kowalczyk, Consultant in the Warehouse and Industrial Space Department, JLL.
