SEGRO lets Hendricks Internationale Spedition 12,600 square meters in Munich
SEGRO has let 12,600 square meters in Munich in the SEGRO Logistics Center Munich Airport
Hendricks Internationale Spedition, which stores tires and rims for BMW on site, is now renting the space. The space is fully leased to Hendricks.
“We are particularly pleased that we can support another company in its expansion even in the current situation. Since Hendricks is now using SEGRO space for the first time, we hope to be able to establish a successful partnership with this,” says Christopher Gigl, Development Manager at SEGRO.
The modern SEGRO Logistics Center Munich Airport is characterized by its excellent location at Lohstraße 23 in Oberding-Schwaig. Munich Airport can be reached in a few minutes and the nearby A 92 offers the best connections to the Munich region.
The logistics property was built according to SEGRO's latest energy and design standards. Alternative materials, a clean energy balance and a highly modern appearance were used.
The real estate consulting company Realogis Immobilien München GmbH acted in an advisory capacity for the letting.
