One-source from Deles at SEGRO Business Park Łódź
Deles Polska, a company providing solutions in the field of packaging and optimization of the supply chain, has signed a lease agreement for over 3,500 m2 of production and warehouse space in SEGRO Business Park Łódź.
Deles is an expert in the field of packaging production, logistics and optimization of packaging processes at the end of their customers' lines. It specializes in comprehensive and personalized solutions, securing products during transport. The company has decided to rent a module in the SEGRO business park in Łódź, from where it serves the entire country and Europe, with particular emphasis on the Central and Eastern parts.
- We started operating in SEGRO Business Park Łódź in 2016. The decision to cooperate with SEGRO was the result of satisfaction with the presence in such a key location, as well as positive cooperation with the developer and manager of the park - says Paweł Lis, General Manager of Deles Polska.
The manufacturer of protective packaging has 3,000 pallet spaces located on 1,500 m2 of warehouse space at the plant in SEGRO Business Park Łódź. Deles acts in the interest of the environment, which is why it creates packaging taking into account the requirements of sustainable development, taking into account also the issue of waste disposal. In its work, the company uses a one-source model, thanks to which, in one delivery, it can meet all the needs for product security throughout its life cycle. From packaging design to material sourcing, packaging production, contract packing, end-of-line process automation, outsourcing of logistics services, to after-sales services. The company designs and tests packaging in an ISTA certified laboratory. As part of the Deles Group, the concern has plants in Italy, the United States and two locations in Łódź.

The warehouses are located 2 km from the A1 motorway, 18 km from the S8 in the direction of Wrocław - Dresden - Munich and 23 km from the A2 motorway section Warsaw-Poznań-Berlin. The facilities for rent in Łódź offered by the developer SEGRO allow for free communication with any region of Poland. The park offers standard warehouse space, as well as a high-standard small business units warehouse with smaller warehouse, exhibition and office space.
