Of the total of 10,400 square meters of hall space, two units with around 7,300 square meters are rented to GS Yuasa Battery Germany GmbH, whose Japanese parent company specializes in the manufacture, marketing and sale of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries. In addition, the SEGRO Logistics Center Krefeld II offers a further 3,100 square meters that are not yet rented and can be rented by interested companies with immediate effect.

The SEGRO Logistics Center Krefeld II is connected to the BAB 44 via the Krefeld-Fichtenhain junction and offers very good transport connections. With various bus and tram lines, the connection to local public transport is also guaranteed.

SEGRO now has a total of almost 250,000 square meters of rental space in Krefeld.

“We are very pleased to have completed the modern logistics space on time and handed it over to our first tenant. In view of the attractive location and connections, we are confident that the logistics hall will soon be fully let,” says Christopher Gigl, Development Manager at SEGRO.
