Online retailer FM Cosmetics to establish new UK hub at Metropolitan Park
FM Cosmetics, a pure-play online health and beauty retailer, has selected SEGRO’s Metropolitan Park, Greenford, for its new head office, its primary UK distribution hub and a call centre.
The UK business, which was established in 2006 and specialises in make-up, perfume and health food products, will relocate its 26 staff to a 13,000 sq ft unit on the estate adjacent to the A40.
The company, which previously occupied a smaller unit in Wembley, has signed a ten-year lease following an extensive refurbishment of the unit by SEGRO.

FM Cosmetics will join a range of established local businesses at Metropolitan Park such as Plumb Center, Hire Station, Eurocell and Millennium Food Services Ltd. The estate benefits from excellent connectivity to the road network via the A40 and is located less than a mile from Greenford railway station.
