Omnipack with another warehouse near Warsaw

All these needs were met by SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. It will also be the second Omnipack investment decision in the Warsaw agglomeration within several months. - The fact that the client decides to develop in the next SEGRO park in such a short time shows that we are a trustworthy partner, and the quality of our warehouse space and the service of logistics parks are at the highest level. In the park in Nadarzyn, we currently have only 2,400 sq m available, but we also have a large development potential for new, tailor-made projects, ”adds Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.

SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is a logistics center located 15 kilometers from Warsaw, offering warehouses suitable for both storage and those that can be adapted to light production. The investment is located very close to the National Road No. 8, which provides access to qualified employees and convenient and quick access to work by public transport for people from Warsaw and the surrounding area.
