Privacy and cookies

The 319-year-old wholesaler of artisan wines and spirits has agreed a new lease increasing its footprint to more than 24,000 sq ft of warehouse space at the light industrial development located adjacent to the A40 in West London.

Chalié Richards & Company is one of the UK’s oldest wine merchants and part of Halewood Wines & Spirits plc which owns well-known premium drinks brands such as Whitley Neil, Crabbies, Rum Sixty Six, City of London Distillery and Lambrini. It boasts a spirits portfolio in excess of 3,000 products and several hundred global wines.

First established as a wine merchants in London in 1700, the business has links to the Royal Family spanning centuries, having supplied wine to six successive monarchs from George IV through to George VI. More recently, Chalié Richards launched its “Prince William Champagne” to coincide with the marriage of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in 2011.

Situated next to the A40 and bordered by the Grand Union Canal, SEGRO Metropolitan Park is home to a diverse range of companies including Plumb Center, Hire Station, Eurocell, Millennium Food Services and Panavision.
