SEGRO has completed the fourth phase of the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin with 12,500 square meters of commercial space. The areas are available in units from 700 square meters. The commercial part of the park thus comprises almost 49,000 square meters of rental space. In addition, three further construction phases are in the planning stage.

"We are experiencing very strong demand for our space from a wide variety of companies - not only is the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin ideally located to supply the center of Berlin, but it is also in the immediate vicinity of the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER)", says Christina Schultz, Senior Leasing Manager at SEGRO.

SEGRO was also able to win a retailer from the textile industry as a new tenant for around 500 square meters in the third phase of the business park. The company will use the areas in the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin as a warehouse to ensure the supply of its shops in Berlin. The third phase, which was completed in 2018 with 16,000 square meters, is 99% let.

In addition, two more new tenants were acquired for the park. ILS GmbH, a provider of international logistics for events, theatre, opera and orchestras, rents 600 square meters and msscientific Chromatographie-Handel GmbH, a dealer in laboratory and analysis technology, rents around 150 square meters.

In May, SEGRO had already achieved full occupancy of the 72,500 square meter logistics section of the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin.

In the immediate vicinity of the new capital city airport, the SEGRO Airport Park Berlin is located directly on the B 96a and offers an optimal connection to the motorway network via the A 113 and A 117.
