Please ensure you have read all terms and conditions before entering. 

• 915 Yeovil Road may be substituted with an equivalent or larger unit if the former has been let. 
• Entries to be submitted before 5pm (GMT) on Friday 26 September. Any entries submitted after this time will not be counted. 
• Entries must be 500 words or less 
• One winner will be selected by a voting SEGRO panel of 4 members, on the quality of submission. 
• All entrants will be notified of the results of the competition by 5pm (GMT) on Friday 10 October. 
• Entrants must not be an existing or previous SEGRO customer. 
• Winner will receive one year rent free on 915 Yeovil Road (or equivalent), including estate charges, legal costs of the lease and insurance. 
• Winning customer will be liable for business rates (if applicable) and all utilities. 
• Winning customer responsible for all dilapidations at the point of exit of the unit. 
• Lease will be structured as a 3 year lease with the ability to break after the 12 months rent free period.
