Help support local talent through the Stepping Stones programme
SEGRO is proud to once again launch its Stepping Stones programme, an initiative that helps young people aged 18–25 gain valuable workplace experience and take that vital first step into employment.
Delivered by Viva Slough as part of SEGRO’s Community Investment Plan (CIP), we are looking for local businesses willing to open their doors to individuals ready to learn, grow and gain valuable workplace experience.
By offering a placement, you’re helping someone build confidence, develop skills and take the next step towards employment.
Colette Sharp, Partnership Development Manager, SEGRO said: “We’re looking for businesses on the Slough Trading Estate to join us in supporting local talent. With flexible placement options, your business can offer a meaningful workplace experience that fits around your team. Together, we can help people take their first step towards employment.”
