SEGRO Park Walthamstow

Creating a best-in-class sustainable, industrial park on Blackhorse Lane

Welcome to our homepage where you’ll be able to learn about our plans for SEGRO Park Walthamstow.

We would like to thank all those who contributed to and participated in our public consultation this year. We have now submitted a planning application to Waltham Forest Council.

You can search for the application to see our latest materials and share any final comments you might have on the proposals via the Council’s planning portal, using the reference number: 232134.

If you have any questions that are not answered in the planning documents or our FAQs, please get in touch here*.

Our ambition for the site:

Modern, flexible industrial spaces for national and international operators, as well as local businesses

Buildings of a high-quality design, which also reflect the area’s strong industrial heritage

A best-in-class sustainable industrial estate that meets the highest sector standards and promotes the use of renewable energy

New green landscaping and improvements along Blackhorse Lane

A dedicated Community Investment Programme that directly and positively impacts the local community
