SEGRO will be submitting the planning application for SEGRO Park Newcross in the beginning of February 2024. 

 

It is anticipated that the outcome of this application will be determined in Summer 2024. 

 

We will keep this page up to date with the progress of the SEGRO Park Newcross transformation proposal as the application moves forward.
