Description

The new generation logistics platform SEGRO Logistics Park Getafe I is built on a plot of 81,000 sq. m with a built area of 44.000 sq. with the highest standards of quality and sustainability (Breeam "Very Good" certification).

The project is specifically designed for industrial, distribution and logistics companies. It is an intelligent class A platform that incorporates all the facilities required by the sector and offers great flexibility, with modular surfaces that adapt to the needs of each company. The characteristics of the plot and the large roads allow easy access for TIR trucks. Exceptionally, it has loading and unloading docks at the front and rear of the façade, as well as a separate car park for cars and trucks.
