Overview
SEGRO Logistics Park Naples 1 is located in the municipality of Maddaloni, it covers an area of 33,900 sqm.
A lemon garden of 7,000 sqm has been built, 100 lemon trees were planted inside.
Carring about the wellbeing of the population, we put in place multifunctional sports field of 10,000 sqm.
The building is situated in the strategic area of Interporto Sud Europa, that rappresent an important connection in south Italy.
