SEGRO Logistics Park Saint-Quentin-Fallavier

A logistics platform park near Lyon

Located near the major transportation routes in the Lyon region, the SEGRO Logistics Park Saint-Quentin-Fallavier is a logistics park covering approximately 90,000 sq m, divided into four buildings and designed according to the latest architectural and environmental standards. The site offers warehouse space for rent tailored to regional and national logistics flows.

A distribution hub in the heart of France’s leading logistics zone

Located in the heart of the Chesnes business park—France’s leading logistics zone—on a 20-hectare site, Saint-Quentin-Fallavier Logistics Park is situated 35 km from Lyon and 15 km from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport.

It offers direct access to the A43 (Lyon-Turin highway) and provides optimal connectivity to the major economic hubs of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and beyond.

From an industrial brownfield site to a next-generation logistics park

SEGRO Logistics Park Saint-Quentin-Fallavier was created through the redevelopment of an industrial brownfield site: the former Leclerc distribution center serving the entire Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Acquired by SEGRO in 2018, the site comprised more than 50,000 sq m of obsolete buildings that required asbestos removal and demolition.

95% of the materials were reused on-site, representing 70,000 metric tons of concrete and asphalt recycled within the circular economy.

With the first phase launched in early 2021 (Building A), this program is yet another demonstration of SEGRO’s expertise in the redevelopment of brownfield sites and the development of modern, flexible warehouses that meet local expectations for regional revitalization.

A site committed to greener logistics

SEGRO Logistics Park Saint-Quentin-Fallavier is one of SEGRO’s most ambitious logistics facilities in terms of environmental performance. It has earned dual certification and accreditation: BREEAM “Excellent” and BiodiverCity Life—a first in France for a site currently in operation.

In terms of energy, the rooftop solar panels generate 4,520 MWh per year—equivalent to the annual energy consumption of 900 households. This logistics park also incorporates systems to optimize logistics flows and reduce the carbon footprint of its operations.

In terms of biodiversity, 2 hectares of green spaces have been developed within the park. This development includes, notably, a 6,000 sq m landscaped pond, an orchard, a community garden, and more than 200 planted trees. An educational trail complements the complex to raise awareness among employees and local residents about environmental issues. Several biodiversity workshops are also organized each year with local schools.

These commitments are part of Responsible SEGRO' strategy, which aims for net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
