Fast connections

SEGRO Park Dortmund benefits from its prime location at the Castrop-Rauxel-Ost motorway junction (A42/A45). From here, companies have quick access to the main transport routes of the Ruhr region.

Its proximity to Dortmund city centre makes the site especially attractive for logistics companies aiming to grow in a dynamic market – with optimal links to ports, rail, and the motorway network.

Sustainability

SEGRO Park Dortmund is built to future-oriented standards, targeting DGNB Platinum certification. Green roofs, photovoltaic systems, and a fossil-free energy supply reduce operating costs while making a significant contribution to climate protection and biodiversity.

Bright surfaces and rainwater harvesting also help improve the site’s microclimate.

Ausstattung & Mitarbeitende

Modern construction and smart details ensure maximum efficiency – from low-carbon concrete and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles to flexible office and staff areas.

Employees are also a key focus. Comfortable break rooms for truck drivers, energy-efficient lighting, and modern work environments combine sustainability with well-being.
