Privacy and cookies

The Logistics Centre, which is located right next to Schiphol's Zwanenburgbaan, has a total of 12 units and has had a new tenant since 1 March. Loyal Cargo Services BV has signed a lease for one of the modern units located next to SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport.

Loyal Cargo Services BV has concluded a multi-year contract for Unit J of approximately 1,386 m². Logistics service provider Loyal Cargo Services BV offers complete logistics solutions to their customers. The lease started on March 1, 2022. Loyal Cargo Services BV has been known for a year as a subtenant of the previous tenant who has returned units J, K and LM.

SEGRO Logistics Center Amsterdam Rijnlanderweg

SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport offers a flexible location with logistics units from 1,000 m² to 20,000 m², which can be rented out as separate units or combined into larger units. With the advantage of proximity to Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport and the benefits of good connectivity with the rest of Europe, this is a perfect location for e-commerce, wholesale or small logistics companies.

The SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport is located next to Schiphol, where 1.6 million tons of cargo is connected to 322 destinations. The park is easily accessible by road due to the excellent connections with the A4, which leads to the center of Amsterdam, the cities of The Hague and Rotterdam, but also with the extended A5 to the port of Amsterdam. The new N201 provides access to Schiphol in less than 10 minutes, making it the most accessible business location in the Amsterdam and Schiphol region.
