SEGRO leases SEGRO Logistics Center Venray entirely to CEVA Logistics Netherlands
SEGRO, investor and developer of logistics and industrial real estate, has fully leased SEGRO Logistics Center Venray to CEVA Logistics Netherlands.
Logistics service provider CEVA Logistics will move into the future-proof distribution center located on the De Blakt industrial estate on the Edisonstraat in Venray from 1 March 2022.

The high-quality distribution center SEGRO Logistics Center Venray has a total surface area of 42,800 m2 and is BREEAM Outstanding certified. Sustainability and innovation are central to the design and landscaping, making a major contribution to reducing CO2 emissions, limiting the tenant's energy costs and the well-being of the end user. This is expressed in sustainably generated energy, batteries for energy storage, sustainable and fire-retardant wooden cladding, charging points for electric cars and bicycles, LED lighting and underfloor heating/cooling in the warehouse and in the offices. In addition, more than 2,500 m2 of greenery and flowers will be planted on the outdoor area with green accentuated walking routes.
This first-class location in Venray is CEVA Logistics' fourth location on the De Blakt industrial estate, providing even more options for expansion and flexibility of existing and new operations.
