The extension of the contract at SEGRO Logistic Park Stryków includes the lease of the previously used and additional space. As a result, ESA logistics will use almost 7,500 m2. of space in the SEGRO park in Stryków.

- When deciding a few years ago to choose SEGRO Logistics Park in Stryków, we were guided by its excellent location, in the vicinity of main communication routes and SEGRO's flexible approach in terms of possible development. This allowed us to increase operational efficiency and to implement tasks consistent with our sustainable development policy. The facility and the partnership approach of SEGRO's service met our expectations, which is why we decided to extend the lease. Moreover, due to the dynamic development, we decided to add additional space in the building. We want to develop our company and we are convinced that cooperation with SEGRO is an important point in the implementation of our plans - says Marcin Stańczak , Warehouse Product Business Manager at ESA logistika.

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is located in the very center of Poland, only 8 km from Łódź. The park is also well connected with communication: it is situated directly next to the A2 motorway and 3 km from the junction connecting the A2 motorway with the A1, which allows for servicing both the Polish and foreign markets. The facilities in the park have the BREEAM ecological certification, thanks to which it meets the standards of sustainable construction, which is important for many customers, including ESA logistics, which follows the principles of sustainable development.

- The changes that have taken place in the world in recent months have resulted in a large increase in the importance of efficient logistics in the operations of companies. The use of modern technological solutions improves not only operational activity, but also allows companies from the logistics industry to reduce their negative impact on the natural environment. This approach is very close to SEGRO, so we are all the more pleased that we can continue our cooperation with ESA logistika. We are proud that a company with over 25 years of experience can develop under our roof - says Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is a logistics center designed for large and medium-sized enterprises.
