Ultimately, in SEGRO Logistics Park Wrocław, SEGRO will provide 75,000 m2 of modern warehouse and production space, tailored to the needs of customers representing various industries. Similarly to other newly built SEGRO facilities, this project will be subject to BREEAM assessment, which guarantees high-quality workmanship and ergonomics during the building's operation.

The new plot of SEGRO is located directly at the entrance to the A4 motorway, a short distance from the junction of the A4 and A8 motorways. Thus, the convenient location of the park will allow for efficient distribution both on the local market in Poland and on foreign markets. An additional advantage is the short distance from the Wrocław airport.

- Thanks to the consistent policy of SEGRO focused on development, as a result of several months of work on the project, we have finalized the process of purchasing a plot in Wrocław. Our presence in the south of the city significantly expands the offer we address to our clients. We are currently conducting promising talks related to the acquisition of new, attractive investment areas in the vicinity of the largest urban centers where our logistics parks are located - explains Bartosz Michalski, SEGRO Development Director.

- The dynamic development of SEGRO on the market in Wrocław is a response to the constantly growing demand for modern warehouse and production space in this part of Poland. The new plot has a building permit, which means that from the moment the client interested in this perfect location appears, we will be able to implement a development project tailored to his needs in just a few months - says Joanna Janiszewska, Regional Director of SEGRO.

This is the third SEGRO logistics park in Wrocław. The first was SEGRO Industrial Park Wrocław, located on a 10-hectare plot in the north-eastern part of the city, near the entrance to the Wrocław Motorway Bypass A8, with an expansion potential of up to 35,000 m2. Recently, SEGRO has also acquired a park located south of Wrocław, called SEGRO Industrial Park Wrocław 2, with a total area of 24,000 m2.
