Located in the heart of the Chesnes business park, the leading logistics area in France, 35 km from Lyon and 15 km from Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport, this 20-hectare former industrial site will soon be replaced by a of urban distribution and logistics of around 85,000 m². Marketing of the site has already begun and work is scheduled to start in the second half of 2020. To do this, nearly 56,000 m² will first have to be demolished by September 2019. As for each of its new sites, SEGRO aims to design and develop class A logistics platforms, according to the latest architectural and technical standards, thus guaranteeing a reduced impact on the environment.

“In a region characterized by the scarcity of land, the acquisition and future development of this new site are the result of collaboration between SEGRO and local elected officials to carry out the reconversion of this industrial wasteland. For SEGRO France, this is the 6th industrial site requalification operation over the last 24 months. On this future SEGRO Logistics Park Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site, we are happy to demonstrate our ability to offer our user customers tailor-made solutions that also correspond to local expectations in terms of revitalizing territories,” concludes Julien Meynadier, SEGRO France Development Manager. .
