UKREiiF 2026
At UKREiiF, SEGRO brought together voices from across industry, infrastructure and government to focus on some of the most pressing questions facing the UK’s growth agenda.
Across two sessions, the discussion brought together organisations including National Highways, Royal Mail, Yusen Logistics, Blackstone and several data centre operators, alongside policy makers and industry leaders.
The focus was practical. From the role of industrial and logistics space as part of critical national infrastructure, to the challenges shaping the delivery of data centres, the sessions explored what it will take to support investment, resilience and long term competitiveness.
A consistent theme emerged. Growth depends on getting the fundamentals right, whether that is land, power, connectivity or a planning system that reflects modern demand. At the same time, expectations are rising, particularly around sustainability and the need to demonstrate clear local benefits.
