Its principles and commitments help us – and you – meet sustainability targets and boost your reputation as a responsible, carbon-conscious business. EV charging points
EV charging points are fitted as standard.
Targeting BREEAM Excellent
The development is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC 'A' and features technology including LED lighting and Photovoltaic panels.

We harness natural light inside our buildings through translucent wall panels.
