The site
Designated as Locally Significant Industrial Land (LSIS), the Heathrow International Trading Estate in Cranford, Hounslow occupies a prominent location at the junction of Green Lane and The Causeway (A30). It also benefits from excellent transport links, being only a short walk from both Hounslow West and Hatton Cross stations.
Built nearly fifty years ago, the estate is home to a diverse mix of industrial businesses, from local businesses to international. However, many of the buildings have become dated over time and are now in need of comprehensive modernisation.
Our plans
SEGRO is bringing forward an outline planning application to deliver new, high-quality, sustainable industrial space that will enhance and revitalise the estate.
By submitting an outline planning application soon we hope to agree the overall principle of development. A detailed planning application will follow at a later date with a further opportunity for you to comment on the detailed scheme.

25,000 sq. m of modern, flexible industrial and business spaces over one or more buildings, catering for a variety of businesses. The final configuration will depend on market needs, with designs including the option of an additional 25,000 sq. m of mezzanine space. |
