Overview
SEGRO Logistics Park Mollet is a 7,000 sq. m platform, pioneer in sustainability. It is the first logistics development in Spain that incorporates natural wood into the structure of the roof and the façade of the building, it has 500 sq. m of solar panels that produces 100 kWp of electricity, as well as numerous innovative materials aimed at reducing the carbon footprint.

The platform which is on the plot of the former Bacardi factory, is located in the angle between the AP-7 motorway that connects Madrid with France and the C-17 highway, which leads directly to the centre of Barcelona.
