Overview

SEGRO Logistics Centre Rome South Anagni property is located in Anagni near the Rome - Naples motorway and has an area of 11,100 square meters.

The project focused heavily on aspects related to sustainability and biodiversity.

Since the olive tree is a native plant, 80 olive trees have been planted in a green area adjacent to the building; 20 beehives were also planned for the production of honey, but the plus of the intervention from an environmental point of view was the enhancement of an existing spring.

The fountain has been redeveloped through the construction of a small lake surrounded by greenery typical of the place, the natural unevenness of the land has been enhanced, creating a small waterfall.

Clean and regenerated water will help the natural development of the ecosystem thus becoming a small natural oasis.
