Overview

The Milan South E building, currently the largest HUB in Italy for SDA - Poste Italiane, represents the perfect envelope for highly technological internal equipment.

The property, in its simplicity, responds perfectly to the customer's needs and fits into the context by making an environmental contribution.

On the roof of the offices, in fact, there is a relaxation area equipped with planted tanks for a quality break for the employees who work there, on the roof of the deposits there is a photovoltaic system with a power of 250 kWp.

In the vicinity of the property there is a canal flanked by a cycle path and rest areas, built by Vailog.

The added value in biodiversity is represented by a chicken coop that can house up to 150 hens and provides fresh eggs every day.

The chicken coop is located in a green area linked to the Milan South E project and consists of a covered wooden structure and an adjacent farmyard.

In addition to the production of eggs, the chicken coop can become an educational destination for schoolchildren and anyone interested in the topic of biodiversity.
