The SEGRO Centre Paris Les Gobelins is an innovative logistics centre designed for sustainable urban logistics. 

The project covers a total area of 75,000 sq m, with units ranging from 700 to 14,000 sq m that can be divided as required, providing warehouse leasing space that is perfectly suited to the different needs of its customers.

THE HOUSE OF SUSTAINABLE URBAN LOGISTICS

The House of Sustainable Urban Logistics is a collaborative space that aims to bring together public and private organisations, start-ups, academics, experts, etc. to work together to develop practical solutions that balance inner-city logistic requirements of large cities with their environmental challenges (decarbonisation of deliveries, sustainable transport, circular economy, etc.).

It is a space for consultation, promotion, information and discussion for all stakeholders interested in the future of urban logistics.

The House is located at SEGRO Centre Paris Les Gobelins.
