SEGRO is rehabilitating the former Gobelins railway station and creating an logistics platform in the Olympiades district, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

The SEGRO Centre Paris Les Gobelins is an innovative logistics centre designed for sustainable urban logistics.

The project covers a total area of 75,000 sq m, with units ranging from 700 to 14,000 sq m that can be divided as required, providing warehouse leasing space that is perfectly suited to the different needs of its customers.
