Customers’ wellbeing is at the very heart of SEGRO Park Tottenham’s design. The industrial estate provides a dedicated external biodiverse amenity space, including bird and bat boxes, wild flower grasses, deciduous trees, evergreen hedge boundaries and extensive shrub planting.

To create a stronger sense of wellbeing for all at the park, 13% of the site is landscape including including wild flower grasses, 132 trees, evergreen hedge boundaries and extensive shrub planting.

The estate is not just designed for people, but for other species too. All landscaping, biodiverse spaces and covered cycle shelters will provide habitats for pollinating insects and birds.
