Nacex will occupy 1,404 sq m at Barnsteen 11. The agreement was concluded ahead of the building’s completion, underlining continued demand for modern, sustainable logistics space in the Schiphol corridor.

NACEX by Logista Netherlands

NACEX by Logista Netherlands (Speedlink Worldwide Express B.V.) specialises in time-critical express logistics, delivering parcels, including medical and healthcare-related shipments throughout Europe enabling faster and more efficient express delivery, with late cut-off times and the earliest possible delivery. Nacex/Speedlink is part of Logista, a Spain-based logistics group with more than 8.000 employees across Europe.

Completion of the eastern side of SPAA

The delivery of Barnsteen 9-12 marks the completion of the eastern side of SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport. The development consists of four new units: two of approximately 1.400 sq m and two of approximately 2.800 sq m. For SEGRO, this is an important milestone in the further development of the park, following years of preparation, coordination and collaboration with the municipality and project partners.

The units have been designed with a strong focus on operational efficiency, quality and sustainability. The building is fully gas-free, dedicated PV installations per unit and battery storage to help manage peak energy demand. These specifications make the units well suited to occupiers looking for future-ready logistics space in a location where reliability, accessibility and energy security are increasingly important.

In addition to SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport, SEGRO also operates logistics centres in the Netherlands in Eindhoven, Tilburg, Roosendaal, Breda, Venray, Heerlen and Oosterhout.

Eelco Ouwerkerk, Head of Netherlands at SEGRO, said:

“The completion of Barnsteen 9-12 is an important milestone for SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport. With two lease agreements already signed ahead of delivery, we see continued demand for high-quality, sustainable logistics space in the Schiphol corridor. We are pleased to support Nacex with a modern, future-ready facility in a location that offers the connectivity and reliability their operation requires.”
