Earthworks on the main site are underway.
Area 2 east of Midland Main Line - VolkerFitzpatrick installing rail chord drainage and associated rail assets.
Dates for the off site road works:
Work Section London Colney Roundabout – Completed
Work Section A414 westbound - works under way. Pedestrian Management, footpath diversion in place towards A414 underpass.
These works create a new shared pedestrian cycle footpath
Work Section Park Street Roundabout - Combination of days and nights with localised closures
These works create - an additional A405 entry lane - an A414 (east arm) exit lane - a third circulatory carriageway lane - signalisation on the A414 and A405 arms which allows easier access onto the roundabout from Park Street and Watling Street - Improvements to the A405 pedestrian crossing - increased drainage capacity to mitigate against current and future flooding - upgrades to existing services
