Objective: To use energy, water and materials responsibly, reducing, reusing and recycling.
We are working hard to provide our occupiers with energy-efficient buildings, reducing their costs and cutting carbon emissions. We also understand the environmental and financial benefits of reducing mains water use at our properties and developments. In 2008, we signed up to an initiative launched by the national waste advisory body, WRAP, to halve the amount of construction waste sent to landfill by 2012.
