Benchmarks and Ratings
We benchmark our performance against our peers through a range of indices. We also carry out BREEAM assessments on all our new UK developments and use appropriate environmental certification methods in Continental Europe.
SEGRO was one of the first developers to receive the prestigious Haute Qualité Environnementale Award (HQE) for a logistics asset, at Marly la Ville near Paris. This was then successfully let to logistics firm, STACI, and bathroom-equipment supplier, Aurlane.
