Objective: To ensure our properties are accessible by more than one mode of transport.
We work with our occupiers, local authorities and transport providers to help people who work at our properties to travel more sustainably. In 2008, we part-funded improvements to bus services at a number of our properties, including IQ Cambridge and Slough Trading Estate, as well as Stryków and Gliwice in Poland. From 2010, customers at Pegasus Park in Brussels will benefit from a new tramline. They already have direct access to Diegem train station. When the redevelopment of Winnersh Triangle is complete, up to 20,000 workers will benefit from improved accessibility. SEGRO is committing £5 million to local infrastructure..
