SEGRO Hungary
SEGRO Hungary controls 49.5 hectares of development sites in strategic locations in Budapest and the greater Budapest area.
SEGRO started its operation in Hungary in early 2006 and since then the company has completed, let and successfully sold a scheme of 30,000 m2. SEGRO Hungary currently owns 49.5 hectares of development land in two locations, prepared and ready for immediate launch of construction.
The two new schemes can deliver a total of 195,000 m2 logistics and business space:
· Aerozone Logistics Park in Üllő primarily logistics warehouses of 150,000 m2, and
· Ozone Business Park in Budapest, XV primarily small business units of 45,000 m2.
