In the heart of the economic triangle of south-eastern Paris, in the municipalities of Bonneuil-sur-Marne and Sucy-en-Brie, in the immediate vicinity of the main roads (A4, A86, N19 & RN406) and public transport, the SEGRO Parc des Petits Carreaux is the largest business park in Île-de-France: on a 50-hectare site, the park includes more than 150,000 m2 of areas dedicated to activity, technology and craftsmanship. , it has 30% green spaces as well as a 16-hectare land reserve near the park, for the development of buildings dedicated to the activity and urban distribution.

Delivered at the end of July 2021, the building leased by Volta Trucks has a total surface area of 2,094 m², including 552 m² of offices. The future "Volta Trucks Hub - Paris" is planned to accommodate more than 600 Volta Zero per year and will have eight bays for the routine maintenance of trucks, which will be equipped with all the innovative equipment necessary for the maintenance of electric utility vehicles, in order to limit their downtime. The building will also house administrative offices, a Volta Trucks Academy training center and a call center that will act as the interface between customers and the company's team of technical and commercial experts.

“With effective operation in the summer of 2022, the announcement of our first Truck as a Service Center marks an important step in bringing our vehicles into production. Availability is key for our customers and with this upcoming opening our customers now know where their vehicles will be serviced to the highest standards. says Casper Norden, Director of Fleet Solutions at Volta Trucks.

"The arrival of Volta Trucks, which we are happy to welcome, is part of a resolutely forward-looking dynamic initiated at the start of 2021: renovation of existing buildings, enhancement of green spaces, creation of soft circulation, implementation of new services for the comfort and well-being of users, and SEGRO's commitment to local eco-responsible and social actions. We have also forged links with the various partners in the area and are delighted that the Volta Trucks teams can benefit from this new environment for the development of their activities”, concludes Laurence Giard, Managing Director of SEGRO France .
