The first phase of development, a 16,800 sq m warehouse / distribution centre, was let to Cummins and the second phase, a 42,400 sq m facility, was purpose-built for DHL / Exel supply chain. Cummins now occupies both buildings.
The third and final phase will be developed on a speculative or purpose-built basis to provide up to 22,000 sq m of logistics accommodation.
The Rumst logistics development is situated in Industriezone II at Catenberg within the “Golden Triangle” Brussels – Antwerp – Ghent.
