We are looking to offer 4 Summer Internship placements for two weeks this August where you will have the opportunity to really learn how exciting the world of industrial property can be. Some of you may not have thought the words ‘exciting’ and ‘industrial’ go together but if you take a look around our website you will see what we mean.

We interact with a diverse range of customers – big brands that touch our lives daily (Amazon, H&M and Mars to name but a few). With the growth of internet shopping our parcel delivery and retail customers need modern warehousing space to make their operations run smoothly and this makes our client base extremely wide ranging.

The Assignment:

You will be given a project – perhaps a piece of land / brownfield site / one of our estates- to which you can apply your critical analysis and problem solving skills. A short induction would be arranged for you to get a feel for the business and our different functions, but students would be encouraged to do their own investigations and to present a proposal to the business.

You will be given support from a supervisor who would touch base every few days to give you coaching and answer your questions. You can also pick the brains of our current Grads!

Potential job offer:

At the end of the placement you would be asked to present your findings to a small panel giving your recommendations for action. Based on your performance 2 candidates could get an early offer for our Graduate intake in September 2018.

Location and Expenses?

The Internship would be based in our Thames Valley office which is situated in the Slough Trading Estate. Our Bath Road offices are situated just off Junction 6 of the M4 and Slough is just 15 minutes away from London Paddington. We have modern, open plan offices with a superb café, small gym and pool table to help refresh you during the day.

The assignment would be paid at the rate of £300 gross per week.
