Access to the UK’s national motorways system is excellent – you’re just 1.5 miles from the M4, 5 miles from the M40 and 6 miles from the M25.

So it’s easy to reach London, the South East, the South West and the Midlands.
Rail services are frequent and fast. London Paddington can be reached in 17 minutes and there are excellent high-speed links to regional commercial centres such as Bristol and Birmingham.

Heathrow Airport offers connections throughout the world, and is just a short, 10 mile drive away.

On the Estate, a regular, dedicated HOPPA bus service runs every 15 minutes to the local and mainline rail stations and Slough town centre.

The Operations Managers are your primary contact point and deals with day-to-day enquiries, building alterations, signage, additional space requirements, relocation, Estate services and building maintenance.

Leasing Options

Flexible Leasing to Suit Your Business

The Slough Trading Estate Leasing Team is based on site and able to help with all leasing enquiries.

Two main types of lease are available on the Estate, though not for every property, although they can be tailored to meet your exact needs.

Our Enterprise Lease which are available for units in our Enterprise Quarter and offer flexible terms written in plain English. The lease runs for 3 years, but you have the option to move out at any time after 12 months, usually on 3 months notice. Your rent includes insurance, external repairs and the Estate service charges.

Our Standard Lease gives you the choice of term between 5 and 25 years. You’ll find this is a very tenant-friendly lease – clear, concise and drafted having regard to the Code for Leasing Business Premises. As with most leases of this type, the cost excludes service charges, business rates and insurance.

We see the completion of a leasing arrangement as just the beginning - and look forward to working closely with all our customers.

Service Infrastructure

A Service Infrastructure You Can Depend On

Slough Trading Estate is one of the safest places for business in the South East of England.

Our award-winning Business Watch scheme - a partnership between Thames Valley Police, Slough Trading Estate and Business Watch - provides comprehensive CCTV cover, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is also a mobile patrol outside business hours and additional cover during the day.

The security operation is co-ordinated from the Estate and Thames Valley Police have an office on site.

The Estate’s power station, owned by Scottish and Southern Energy, supplies heat and power to the entire site and is one of the most environmentally friendly facilities in Europe. Scottish and Southern Energy also supply water to the site. Our reservoirs can store over 30 million litres of water, pumped directly from our own artesian wells.

Businesses on the Estate are well served by modern communications technology, including broadband, fibre optic networks and data systems.
